Registration

All individuals participating the conference must register before October 31, 2025. As registration fee increases with time, it is suggested to register early and avoid higher registration fee. 

Registration for Regular Presentation: It includes presentation of one paper using Regular (Offline) Presentation Mode  at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, inclusion full paper in the Proceedings (electronic media), Abstract in Program Bulletin, Presentation Certificate and admission to all sessions of this conference.

Registration for Video Conference Presentation: It includes presentation of one paper using Video Conference, inclusion full paper in the Proceedings (​electronic media), Abstract in Program Bulletin, Presentation Certificate and admission to all sessions of this conference.

Registration for In-Absentia Presentation: It includes one paper In-absentia, inclusion full paper in the Proceedings (​electronic media), Abstract in Program Bulletin, and Presentation Certificate.

Registration for Participants: It includes Admission to all Sessions and delivery of Participation Certificate, Program Bulletin and Proceedings on electronic media.

Registration for Guest/ Spouse: It includes the Coffee Breaks, Working Lunches and Admission to all Sessions. He/ She can not be author/ coauthor of any paper included in this conference.

Registration for Students: Full-time students can get a discount of USD 100 or Rs. 1000 (for participants from India), if they wish to participate using Regular Presentation Mode.

Payment Modes: Registration fee can be paid using Credit Card , Wire Transfer, DD/ Cheque or Net Banking. Please add applicable transfer fee as per mode of payment selected. There will be an administrative charge of USD 25 for any payment failure.

Refund: The registration fee (minus US $100 or Rs. 1000 for participants from India) will be refunded, if a written request of withdrawal is received by November 15, 2025. No refund will be given after November 15, 2025.
