• Master Schedule is uploaded to conference website under download section. It was also communicated to all participants. Please see your presentation schedule and Guidelines for Speakers.

• A mail is sent to all participants to verify their data related to abstract and authors

• Registration is closed now.

• Full paper acceptance is closed now.

• A mail is sent to all participants to specify constraints in scheduling their papers for presentation. It is expected that the final presentation will be prepared during weekend.

• Online Abstract Submission System is closed now. Please contact aims12@aims-international.org related to this conference.

• We will mail you data related to your paper around 10th December. Please see carefully and reply us to correct at that time.

• Please note that the registration fee will go to next slab from 1st December. If you have still not registered then please complete your registration immediately.

• Please see Program at glance available at conference website for tentative schedule. Detailed schedule will be prepared during third week of December. Although we will ask you your convenient day for presentation, you must allocate minimum 2 days (between 2nd to 4th December) for your presentation. All Doctoral paper presentations/ AISIC presentations will be scheduled only on December 2.

• By this time we have received majority of full papers for conference proceedings. If you have still not sent your full paper then do it at the earliest with applicable late fee.

• All abstracts submitted, payment of registration, receipt of full papers and other queries are processed immediately

• In order to avoid heavy network traffic, please submit your full paper before 15th November.

• We have received hundreds of abstracts during last two days creating heavy network traffic and making conference site slow or jammed. In order to provide opportunity, we are extending abstract submission till November 15. Please note that the last date for submitting full paper is not extended

• In case you are facing some problem in entering your abstract in Online System then please download template, enter your abstract using downloaded template and email it to aims12@aims-international.org

• There is a possibility of delay (4-5 days) in responding your mail. It includes acknowledgement of payment, full paper and any other query related to this conference. We appreciate your patience
