Accommodation

 

IIMB has limited accommodation on campus. The delegates can check in on Jan 05, 2013 evening from 5.00 pm onwards. Please note, family accommodation is not allowed in the campus and IIMB is an alcohol/tobacco free site.

The "per night" charges for single and double accommodation are Rs. 3 000/- and Rs.2000/- respectively per day per person for Indian Nationals and US $ 100 / US $ 75 per day per person for Foreign Nationals. The delegates have to settle the same at MDC reception at the time of check out.

Any reservation made without conference pre-registration will be cancelled.

The airport is about 50 km from the campus.  The taxi service is available and costs approximately Rs. 850.  The taxis are available just outside the departure terminal.  The travel time is between 1 hr and 1.5 hours, depending on the traffic from airport to the IIMB campus.  

The railway station is about 15 kms./10 miles from the IIMB campus which is the venue for the conference. 

 

The conference organizers are not responsible for making the accommodation arrangement.
