Paper Presentation in-Absentia

Those who cannot come to
Bangalore but wish to present paper in-absentia are encouraged to send in their abstract by
October 31, 2009. Papers presented in- absentia are eligible to be included in the conference
proceedings. A processing fee of US $120
($150, if paid after October 31, 2009) should be included for each paper submitted for presentation in absentia. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin.

The author
who registers in-absentia will be sent the conference CD
and program bulletin by February 28, 2010. For details,
please see the section on "Contributed Papers" for other
details.
