All participants attending the conference are required to register for the conference. The registration fees are US $290 (by October 31), US $340 (by November 27), and US $410 (after November 27). The full-time student registration fee is discounted by 50%. Registration fee (minus US $100) will be refunded if a written request of withdrawal is received by November 27, 2008. No refund will be given after November 27, 2008.

Registration Form (in-absentia) for International Scholars

Registration for Scholars in India:
All attending the conference are required to register for the conference. Registration from scholars living and working in India will be accepted in Rupees. The registration fees are Rs. 4,200 (by October 31), Rs. 5,900 (by November 27), and Rs. 7,900 (after November 27). The full-time student registration fee is discounted by 50%. Registration fee (less Rs. 1,000) will be refunded if a written request for withdrawal is received by November 27, 2008. No refund will be given after November 27.

The registration fee includes the proceeding (CD version), one volume of the conference proceedings hard copy, conference bag, conference programme bulletin, tea breaks, welcome dinner, conference banquet, working lunches, and admission to all technical sessions.

Who is Full-time Student? Those who have a full-time employment will not be eligible for student discount. The student discount option is available only to those who are pursuing full-time studies and may have a part-time employment such as a teaching/research fellowship. Those who are teaching full-time and also enrolled as Ph.D. students are NOT eligible for student discount.
