Those who cannot come to Hyderabad but wish to present a paper in absentia are encouraged to send in their abstract by November 25, 2007. Papers presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference. A processing fee of US $120 (Rs. 1,500 for participants from India) should be sent by within one week of acceptance. Papers will be accepted till November 30, 2007 with a fee of US $150 (Rs. 2,000 for participants from India). Papers sent for proceedings publication cannot be considered unless processing fee has been received. No papers will be accepted for in-absentia if the required fee is not received by November 30, 2007.
Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers in absentia will be sent the conference program bulletin and CD by February 29, 2008.
