Welcome to the Third AIMS International Conference on Management jointly organized by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and AIMS International- The Association of Indian Management Scholars.

AIMS International: The Association of Indian Management Scholars (http://www.aims-international.org) has been established to unify Indian management scholars to foster excellence in education and research, to advance knowledge, and support practice in all business and related disciplines. The first AIMS International Conference was hosted by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in December 2003. The second AIMS International Conference was hosted by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in December 2004. AIMS International is in the process of launching its flagship journal, AIMS International Journal of Management.

About IIM Ahmedabad: The Conference will be held at the beautiful campus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India.
