Welcome to the Twenty First AIMS International Conference on Management organized by AIMS International - The Association of Indian Management Scholars International and Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore. The conference is also supported by the International Forum of Management Scholars. The mission of Association of Indian Management Scholars International is to unify Indian management scholars to foster excellence in education and research, to advance knowledge, and support practice in all business and related disciplines. It organizes professional conferences, publishes a journal, and has embarked upon many other professional activities.

Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), a self-financed university established in 2016, offers short-term skill-based courses as well as degree programmes in high-growth sectors of CSIT, Mechatronics, Retail, BFSI, MBA in BFSI and Marketing.

Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore, was established with the active collaboration of leading industries and Universities from Germany and the USA. Indore is a city in west-central India. It’s known for the 7-story Rajwada Palace and the Lal Baag Palace, which date back to Indore’s 19th-century Holkar dynasty. The Holkar rulers are honored by a cluster of tombs and cenotaphs at Chhatri Baag. The night market, Sarafa Bazar, sells street food. East is the Indo-Gothic Gandhi Hall and clock tower. The Jain temple of Kanch Mandir has a mirrored mosaic interior. It is the largest city in Madhya Pradesh state in central India. It is the commercial capital of the state of Madhya Pradesh. Indore City presents a happy blend of historical past and promises of rapid future modernization.

AIMS International Conference on Management

Annual AIMS International Conference on Management was started with its first conference in 2003 at IIM Bangalore and continued without any break. It is generally organized during last week of December or first week of January every year along with premium institute in India.
