Welcome to the Eleventh AIMS International Conference on Management organized by AIMS International - The Association of Indian Management Scholars International and Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad. The conference is also supported by the International Forum of Management Scholars. It is the administrative headquarters of the Ghaziabad District, and is the primary commercial, industrial and educational centre of western Uttar Pradesh.
