Registration

All participants attending the conference are required to register for the conference. The registration fees are US $295 (by October 31), US $345 (by November 30), and US $415 (after November 30). The full-time student registration fee is discounted by $100. The registration fee (minus US $100 processing fee) will be refunded if a written request of withdrawal is received by November 30, 2012. No refund will be given after November 30, 2012.

 

   The registration fee includes the proceeding on CD, conference bag, conference program bulletin, coffee breaks, welcome reception dinner, working lunches, one-year free membership of AIMS International ((if accompanied by the membership form), and admission to all technical sessions. Those who are members of AIMS International may choose to take either a 10% discount on the registration fee or get one-year renewal on the membership, but not both.

Registration for Scholars in India:

All scholars attending the conference are required to register for the conference. Registration from scholars living and working in India will be accepted in Rupees. The registration fee is Rs. 4,500 (by October 31), Rs. 5,900 (by November 30), and Rs. 7,900 (after November 30). The full-time student registration fee can take a discount of Rs. 2,000 from the applicable registration fee. Registration fee (less Rs. 1,000) will be refunded if a written request for withdrawal is received by November 30, 2012. No refund will be given after November 30. Who is Full-time Student? Those who have a full-time employment will not be eligible for student discount. The student discount is available only to those who are pursuing full-time studies and may have a part-time employment such as a teaching/research fellowship. Those who are teaching full-time and also enrolled as Ph.D. students are NOT eligible for discount.

Guest/Spouse Registration
Participants are welcome to bring spouse/guest. A nominal guest registration fee of Rs. 1,500 (US $30 for international participants) will include tea breaks, working lunches, welcome dinner, and the conference banquet. Guest/spouse is neither eligible to attend or present paper in the technical sessions nor should be a coauthor of any paper that is being presented.

Local Student Registration
Local students from Bangalore can attend the conference and get all benefits as regular participants (except for presenting papers or being a coauthor of a paper accepted for presentation) with reduced registration fees of Rs. 2,000. This reduced registration fee option is available only if registration is received by October 31, 2012.
